When I advised Denise that I couldn't dismantle my old bed, as I have Multiple Sclorosis, she offered to do it. On her day off. Without Denise there would have been no sale. Going above and beyond, not just for commission, but because Denise is a kind soul.

Staff members was helpful and knowledgeable without being too overly salesman like. When we said we were going to think about it we were pushed against our will to purchase, ultimately meaning we decided just to go ahead and order

I was greeted by Denise who was amazing. Very friendly, courteous, extremely helpful, kind and gave me tge best shopping experience. I shopped here 12 years ago and came back for a new mattress. I don't have much of a budget but that didn't matter I was treated exceptionally well

Denise spent a great deal of time with us. She showed us several different bed frames, then used the mattress machine to find our best choice. We then were able to try out several suitable mattresses until we decided on the right one for us. We also were able to try out the Temur pillows with the mattresses.
