Andrew approached us when we entered the store and immediately put us at ease and guided us through the whole selection process and helped us arrive at the choice we made in purchasing our new mattress.

Good overall experience

We went into shop and as soon as Denise was finished with another customer she immediately came to us to assist. We explained we were looking for a new bed. She let us try the sleep match machine to find an appropriate mattress. Denise was very knowledgeable explained all the reasons for different mattresses, pillows etc, she then let us try several mattresses. Throughout our visit Denise was professional and gave us her full attention. Thanks also for the tea!

The mattress we bought was in stock and we were able take it with us. The lady who sold it to us was very pleasant and helpful.
