Friendly approach by staff saying hello when I entered the store even offered me a cup of tea. No pushy sales pitch and gave me time to make my decision

I enjoyed visiting the Ayr store. Staff were very friendly with lots of knowledge about the products. I got to try the bed that calculates the best mattress for your body which allowed me to make a decision on my order. I was extremely satisfied with the service how welcome i was made to feel . There was no rush plenty of time given to me as well as refreshment too. Sales staff were not to pushy which was a great experience for me as i don't like to feel pressured into purchasing goods to quickly. i will be visiting the store again and will be recovering Dreams to my friends family and colleagues. A very pleasant experience and got to purchase exactly what i required with no pressure.
