Customer service excellent, explained fully the difference between all mattress available for us,

When we arrived, Denise welcomed us and explained everything on the configuration mattress, making sure we were ok and understood everything. She then told us the outcome and Which mattresses had been advised. She explained about the spine being straight etc and let us try out the mattresses. She was polite, patient, approachable, friendly, professional and welcoming. We were offered a bottle of water and had a seat whilst paying and chatting about our choice. Everything was explained perfectly. Was a really lovely experience 😃
