Denise the lady who helped us decide which mattress was best for us was extremely helpful telling us the information on each bed and mattress also advising on which pillow was best for our needs overall a good experience

Friendly welcome from Kieron on entering store, asked what we were looking for and suggested we try the sleep match machine and the explained what this did. Then took us round the mattresses suggested by sleep match. Kieron was knowledgeable, built rapport and did not pressure us in any way. The other 2 staff members interacted with us too. I work in the customer service industry and was delighted with the service received in your Ayr store.
