Debbie was our assistant, she was a lovely balance of helpful but not pushy. She took us to the dream experience where the bed measures your weight, shape etc. Debbie also took us around various beds and explained the type of mattress. Although it was her first day you would never have known as she was a natural. We were given 2 different pillows to try also. We bought the Nickel/metal King size bed memory foam mattress and 2 tempra pillows. A great experience for both my husband and myself. This is our second Dream bed/mattress the last one is 14 years old - top quality beds and top class assistance from Debbie. We are very happy that our bed will arrive in 2 weeks time - looking forward to it.
