This is not Always the way In other shops and I simply refuse to make a purchase in places where exemptions are challenged and will go online or elsewhere , so the fact your colleague was obviously well aware of disability laws and good treatment for customers meant your company got the £1300 sale as I would have walked away and bought elsewhere had he not had such a welcoming manner.
