The advisor was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful . Put us at ease and explained everything throughout the process

We entered the store and was greeted by Kieran. A young sales man. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He talked us through many options for mattresses and gave great explanations. We had previously visited “other” bed stores and where met by over baring pushing sleazy sales guys. Dreams was a dream in comparison. Kieran wasn’t pushy at all. Gave us everything we needed and we decided to buy there an then. Too quality staff member. 5* service. The other members also chatted away while Kieran dealt with the paperwork. Over all very happy customers.

I was guided through what I was looking for by a highly knowledgeable and competent lady who clearly knew her products and who listened carefully to what I was specifying I required.
