We made several visits to the store before purchasing and all the staff were extremely welcoming and put us at our ease. We explained what we were looking for and they took a lot of time and effort to help us make the right choice for us. We have a young family and they were great when we came back with both kids! The lady who looked after us and dealed with us the most is a credit to the company and has a fabulous product knowledge and wealth of experience. Her advice was invaluable to us making our purchase and she even encouraged my husband to invest a bit more in the mattress than what we had originally thought.
