The reason I was highly satisfied was all down to your sales staff. I was greeted by Denise, she was attentive,warm and friendly and put me at ease very quickly. I was never made to feel rushed and her product knowledge was excellent. She showed a great deal of patience while helping me select a bed and she appeared genuinely interested in helping me make the best selection for my back problems. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed buying a bed before but Denise made it a lovely experience. I would also like to commend Kieran who seemed a lovely young man and again put me at ease. This was the first shop I went into to buy a bed, I had planned on spending the day going to lots of different shops but Denise helped me find my perfect bed within 15 mins. Another nice thing that happened was once the purchase was complete Denise didn’t rush me out the door. I felt that she was genuinely interested in people. I will definitely return to this shop for any of my future needs. 5 star service indeed.

Denise and Andrew at the Ayr store helped with every aspect in purchasing our bed and covered aspects that i had not initially thought of. They were friendly and very knowledgeable on the items we were buying. It was an an absolute pleasure dealing with them on our recent purchase and feel they went above and beyond for us, they are an assest to the selling team and will definitely be recommending dreams to family and friends. We arrived and we’re met by Denise. Very friendly and knowledgeable she offered us refreshment and included my granddaughter. After discussing our needs we were put on a special testing bed. Which decided on the firmness. Very please with her selection. We can out with more than a bed and mattress we bought a complete system. With absolutely to die for pillows. Duvet and mattress cover. Cannot fault them. Well done Denise we never felt pressured at any time. Cannot wait for my delivery now.

Staff made me feel welcome, took the time to guide me through my options without trying to sway me in any particular way. They were very knowledgeable and understood both the product but also what I was looking for! All in all just a good experience and looking forward to my new bed & mattress arriving early next week…. Good night sleep here I come !!
