The shop assistant was very pleasant and took great care to explain the operation of the simulator and also to let us try and explain the difference in the beds on display before we made our decision to purchase.

Could not have been happier, the customer care I received from Andy was exemplary. I had been dreading having to choose a mattress on my own as with so many to chose from I was unsure where to start. However Andy assured me with the help of your magical sleep match machine we could narrow it down. And sure enough we did and I couldn’t believe how easy it was, it actually took me longer to choose the base than the mattress!

Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed us many beds and let us try out many mattresses. He answered quite difficult and specific questions with ease to give us great service. We didn’t go to the store even considering a bed, we only went for a mattress, but buying a bed in Ayr for a flat in Newcastle was easy, and saved us a lot of hassle.

I felt reassured that the mattress etc I was looking for would suit my needs perfectly after using the in store assessment machine and then being shown and trying a number of different choices. Andrew explained the products very well and took time to make sure I was happy with my choices.
