The sofa bed was not available to view locally and had to go 30 miles to view only for it to be broken. Also the sizes.given on description on website did not.match and had to. Phone customer services to confirm

Very hard to say other than being in a similar relationship with customers I do have very high standards.

Just because my bed was out of stock which isn’t a huge issue and Stephen the sales guy and his manager were so helpful but the system wasnt telling them when my bed frame would be in stock which isnt ideal

My whole experience was very good and the store assistant was more than helpful even when giving me a beautiful pillow to use when trying out the beds. I liked the pillow and had asked if I could get a discount on the pillow ifi purchased it with the mattress I was about to buy. The assistant was most kind and confidently said he was sure he could do something but would have to speak to his manager which he did. When he came back he apologized and said all the discount was away for that day and had I been in earlier the manager could have done something which took be by surprise as I didn't know this happened and it was your luck so I said what if I come back tomorrow and was swiftly told it doesn't work that way???? The manager never even made an attempt to speak to me or suggest another option, when your spending £769 I felt a very deflated with my whole experience over a small gesture of a pillow... So that's why my scores are low sorry...

The bed I was going to buy, was taking far to long for me to wait, could get it for well over a month!!

The store has only recently opened and staff were still unsure of the computerised system, etc

The shop had only been open for 2 days, no real issues, just a bit slow processing order due to them learning the system so no real issue

I was highly satified with my visit to Dreams. Sorry have I ticked a wrong box somewhere along. I can't go back to see.
