Umran that served myself and my partner was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He explained what was available but as I was working with a limited budget helped me find a great product in my price range and also have great assistance in choosing a new pillow. Would highly recommend.

As soon as we walked in John came over and asked what were In for. He then asked if we wanted to try the mattress finder machine which was freat as I jave a really bad back. After that John took us round all the mattresses until we found the one we wanted. Great customer service in the shop and such an easy experience

I think the assistants name was James. He was extremely helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Explained I was looking for a firm double mattress and he explained the difference between them. I asked if it was if I lay down on the bed, of course I could. He got me a pillow and said to take it on every mattress I tried. I honestly couldn’t fault him. He even asked if we would like tea/coffee etc. Really lovely guy.
