Our store assistant was knowledgeable, informative and even though the store didn't stock the mattress I was interested in he knew which one to show me to make sure I felt a like for like. I was so happy. Ticked every box and friendly. Please pass our thanks.

From the moment we entered the store, the friendly staff (James in our instance) listened to our needs/requests and spent time meeting those needs. The stock was well presented and staff were extremely knowledgeable about all items.

Could not fault the staff very knowledgeable with the products understand and took the time to find out what I was after in a bed store staff gave you freedom to move about and look at the products and when help was required they where in hand straight away

James was very helpful and friendly. He showed me options to suit my needs. I was very happy.

Absolutely everything was grand. Price was perfect for the high quality items. The store was well laid out and social distancing was maintained throughout. Staff were friendly and super attention and helpful. I would particularly mention Rebecca at the Falkirk store who was friendly, attentive and thorough but was so polite and gave us the space to have conversations and make decisions ourselves.

This is the 3rd time within the last year that we have used and purchased goods at the Falkirk store,. The service has always been second to none, and the attitude and friendliness of the staff has been consistent. They are very helpful without being pushy. They listen to what you want and guide their product knowledge accordingly. Can't fault them on any of our visits.

They were two staff in the shop both of them where extremely polite and friendly and helped us with everything we wanted, the both of them helped us so much, and answered all our question with confidence. John was one of them However unfortunately we did not get the name of the female. I have been a Store Manager for 23 years in a large food retailer and I would be very happy having any of your two colleagues working for me.
