John went above and beyond to help us get the right mattress. He knew what we were after & kept suggesting options and phoned us a few days later to tell us about another option

We ordered a bed through another leading retailer who postponed out bed by 6 months. I called dreams and spoke with John in Scotland and he was extremely helpful. We cancelled our bed with the other supplier and will be having our new bed delivered by dreams in 2 1/2 weeks. Extremely happy.

From the moment we opened the door we were greeted by David who welcomed us to the store and from there on in was so knowledgeable and helpful which made purchasing our bed a pleasure.
