The sales assistant I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, professional and helpful. It helped that she was Scottish. The delivery driver was very kind and helpful, fully masked and gloved (very important - household with ancient, health-compromised occupants!). Moved another item of furniture for me, which I couldn't move myself. Was in and out in very good time, but took time to explain about the bed. Only ... not really 'complaint', and this is not the delivery man's fault, is it would be nice of the castors could be fitted. I did it fine, but if it had been my very elderly parents, whose flat this was being delivered to, on their own, they would have struggled. Maybe he would have done it if I'd asked... which I didn't as I can manage that kind of thing.

Staff were so helpful and not pushy. I had been in day previous just to look at beds staff member was so helpful and knowledgable nothing was a bother, however I wanted to talk things thro with family before I decided assistant told me he was off the following day but he made sure his colleague knew what we had discussed, and following day when I went in to place order his colleague was so helpful and knew exactly what I been looking at. All this made buying experience so much easier

Staff were so helpful and not pushy. We were greeted within seconds of entering the store, we were offered water and the knowledge of the salesman was excellent, the salesman wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive mattress just the one that suited our needs.
