The manager of the store in falkirk David was very knowledgeable and made completely sure we got the best product within our budget. It was a very pleasant experience given that choosing a bed is perhaps the most difficult decision as it's so important to get it right.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. I was impressed at the care and thoughtfulness of their covid process to keep everyone as safe as possible.

At first it seemed like a minefield choosing a mattress as there is so much choice and so many variations. The colour coded guidance on the walls and on the mattresses was a great starting point. The assistant, James, was exceptionally helpful and friendly and was not too pushy with the sales talk. He gave my husband and I the right amount of guidance then gave us sufficient time to explore and decide on our own. Although we could have sourced a similar item on-line a wee bit cheaper we wanted to return to the store to give James the business. Veryt happy with the service.
