From the time we entered the store we were totally at ease,the store was clean cool and very welcoming.The staff were very helpful at what we were looking for from beginning to end we didn't feel pressured into buying the item we were in store to buy for.

We were more than happy with the experience that we had when we visited the dreams store in Falkirk and the fact that James could not have been more help to us during our visit, the mattress i am sure will be delivered on time tomorrow 17th September and that experience will be the same score ie 10 out of 10
