James (369) was the salesman @ the Falkirk shop we were looking at the sleepmotion beds he showed us how everything worked & let us try different types of mattresses he answered any questions we had & was very helpful we even had a cup of coffee he made sure we were satisfied with our purchase we had a few laughs along the way I would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a new bed

John was charming and extremely helpful, a credit to Dreams, Falkirk store.

I purchased a bed from Dreams, Graham's Road, Falkirk last year and was extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention shown by the staff. My mother decided last week it was time for her to purchase a new bed and I immediately recommended Dreams, Falkirk. The level of customer service was just a good, if not better, on this visit. Staff member, apologies I didn't get his name, took time to suggest a number of mattresses and bed frames and wasn't in the least pushy. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed. 1st class
