On entering the store, the manager introduced himself and explained what precautions were on place with regards to wearing of face coverings, hand sanitiser and paper towels to place on beds. We were then put on the sleep assessment machine, the results explained fully and then taken round the store to try the best suggested. Could not fault the level of attention and knowledge of the staff. Genuine 1st class customer service

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but left us alone to view and make our decisions instead of hovering over us. Did not try to push us towards anything more expensive.
