Good assistant who spent time explaining our purchase and made sure that we understood and were very satisfied with what he was offering.

During this Covid time I have felt stressed and anxious when in shops, this was a totally different and pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the assistants eagerness to find the right product for my requirements, no pushing to clinch a sale for the sake of it. Another facet that impressed me, the wealth of product knowledge that the assistants possessed. My daughter had accompanied me to the store and on leaving she intimated that Dreams would be her first port of call for her new bed/mattress. An all-round pleasant and informative experience. Sweet Dreams indeed!

Rebecca took time to help select the best type of mattress and showed us all suitable frames. She also informed us of all options for other services and accessories. Offered my wife a cool drink when she said it was warm in store. Was thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable for the entire buying process.

John was very professional and gave us his complete focus during our entire visit. We used the dreams machine which was very straight forward, and John then recommended 3 mattresses for us to try out and chatted us through their differences (whilst remaining at a safe distance).
