This was our second purchase and without any problems it was our 1st call for another purchase. I recommend my sister and she also was delighted to go on my recommendation. So we both were happy dreams clients. Plus pick up bag was perfect ad no trouble for us to arrange pick ups.

We were greeted by Rebecca when going in to the store and she had a great knowledge of the products available when we told her what we were looking for. When placing our order, Rebecca advised that she was relatively new and this was her first week finance order. She always asked one of her colleagues to check everything was going through the system correctly. Rebecca, David and John worked together as a team and you could tell there was a great working relationship between them all. They were all very friendly and made our experience of buying our new bed a nice one.

The minute we entered the store we were met by Rebecca who explained the way the store was working during the virus. We were then shown products that fitted our needs. We were treated very well and given bottles of water. Staff were very nice and explained the products well.
