Great customer service. They spent time with us getting to know exactly what we were after and also gave us plenty of time to discuss ourselves what we liked and didn’t like.

James was so helpful and friendly throughout our visit. He helped us choose a new mattress and bed and guided us throughout the whole experience to help us find what we wanted. He was at no point pushing the sale on us and it was such an enjoyable experience. We were recommenced by one of my work colleagues to visit this branch and we will definately return for our next purchase and tell others to do the same .

From the moment I went into store we were greeted by James at Falkirk branch, really friendly when through everything with us and made sure everything safe, explained everything really well and all different products that he had to offer, asked if there has been anything I seen that I liked to make sure I seen something I wanted, processing payment and order was fast and easy.
