From the moment I went into store we were greeted by James at Falkirk branch, really friendly when through everything with us and made sure everything safe, explained everything really well and all different products that he had to offer, asked if there has been anything I seen that I liked to make sure I seen something I wanted, processing payment and order was fast and easy.
