The staff were very helpful as I was in a wheelchair and opened the doors to allow us into the shop without any hassle. The members of staff asked if they could help us as soon as we arrived or we wanting to have a look at the beds in the showroom, I told him I had a name of a mattress and divan I wanted to try out, he also recommended another bed which could possibly be beneficial to myself as I am disabled, John was very helpful and I purchased the bed he recommended and explained the benefits of the bed I purchased. All the staff in the Falkirk branch were very helpful on my visit to Dreams.

We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the store. The store employee John spent time understanding our needs and trying to find a bed that would suit my partner and I. He was very friendly and gave us time ourselves to relax and choose the bed that was right for us.

I recieved excellent customer service during my visit from john and his colleague in helping find the right mattress for me and the bed. It was very clammy that day and was offered water which was much appreciated. They were both vert helpful and knowledgeable making the whole visit very easy. Thank you.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Store manager was very attentive - offered a bottle of water whilst placing our order with the store assistant and kindly gave us some children’s books which i can pass on. He made us feel welcome and was interested in our sale. Thank you
