John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took us to the sleep match machine to see what the best mattress for us would be. Showed us all the mattresses that were the best fit and let us try them out. He was able to answer any questions we had about each of the mattresses giving us plenty of advice and recommendations.

Very friendly staff I knew what I wanted got what I asked for with no pressure asked if we wanted pillows that was on offer but I already bought them so declined but would have bought them if I hadn’t overall a very friendly experience

Sleeping analysis was good guide. Staff were superb, Choice was extensive

I purchased my bed from TheFalkirk store where I was greeted by John. He was very courteous and friendly but not a pushy salesman . This made the difference for me as I had previously purchased a bed from another retailer only three months before and I explained that I did not want to make the same mistake again. He gave me all the time I needed to make up my mind. He listened to what I wanted and we were able to find the right base ,mattress and headboard to get exactly what I wanted. The bed was delivered this morning on the day I was promised. By 9.30 am my bed was assembled ,all packaging removed and now tonight I am looking looking forward to having a god nights sleep on myDreams bed.

All three members of staff I've dealt with at the Falkirk store, have been highly professional, friendly people who have actually taken the time to understand what I need and help me as much as they can, I can't praise them enough for their customer service and professionalism.

Sales person was friendly, found out what we were looking for and showed us suitable options meaning we got exactly what we were looking for without having to look at every product.

As soon as we came in the door we were welcomed, the staff member was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Did not feel like he was just trying to make a sale but actually cared about what worked for me and the price range I wanted to stay within. When I told him the price he did not try to get me to pay more nor sell me loads of extras. Felt at ease, plenty of time to try the mattresses but advice and assistance on hand.
