First time buying a mattress in dreams we weren't sure what we wanted as soon as we entered a friendly member of staff was at hand. He asked us some questions and showed us exactly what we wanted. Me and my partner are very happy with dreams and would recommend them to all friends looking

I am highly satisfied with the service I received today I walked in and was immediately greeted I told the assistant exactly what I was looking for and was shown the product straight away he was able to tell me all about the product and show me how to work the attached tv etc he also managed to give me a quick quote and set up finance and all the add ons and insurance. The sales advisor was very polite he made me feel comfortable when talking with him his knowledge about the bed I was interested in was fantastic and very convincing. I’m glad I was able to walk into the store and purchase the bed in a polite and friendly manner I will definitely be back in the future for products for myself and my children’s beds when needed. I’m looking forward to receiving my bed knowing that it will be assembled for me definitely gives me some peace of mind so I thank you dreams for my pleasant experience.

From the minute we arrived in store we were approached within seconds. We weren't the only customers. John took the time to talk to us and asked several questions. He then asked us to take the bed test, then John showed us different choices which matched the best suitable mattress for us. We were very impressed with John's knowledge. He made us feel at ease when trying different mattresses. John provided his expertise in sales by showing us other products which we purchased. John provided tea and coffee. Excellent customer service, with a friendly manner! Keep your your excellent customer service skills John as they're impeccable! We were planning on shopping around however with Johns advice we purchased straight away!!
