The sales person ( John) in the Falkirk store could not have been any more helpful , he spent time listening to my sleep issues, we had slept on a bed on holiday and took a photo of the make, John done some research and found a very similar product in store which we tried and agreed it felt the same, he also got us to try various other beds to ensure we were in fact getting the right bed for us.

The salesperson James was very helpful and understanding of my wife's and my needs and very knowledgeable. He put us at ease and was able to answer every one of our numerous questions to our satisfaction.

Ideally situated store, easy to find. Staff were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about their products but not at all “in your face” or pushy taking time to explain things clearly to us “oldies” We were very impressed with Dreams Falkirk, and will recommend to friends and family in the future.

John was very helpful when I explained what I was looking for and showed me around the products in store. Very helpful and friendly 10/10

I went into the shop the day before I spoke with the manager John, he explained exactly what I required so much so I was able to bring all relevant documents into the store today and the sales man James then explained more the products and made me have real confidence in the product I was purchasing
