I explained my condition to John and he helped me pick the best mattress for me and he was completely understanding and helpful. He also helped my father find a mattress for himself as well. The delivery is a lot quicker than I was expecting.

We were assisted by James in the Falkirk store who was very helpful without being intrusive and gave us space to discuss our choices. James was very knowledgeable on all the products we looked at. We tried the device in store which monitors body weight etc to give a recommendation on a suitable bed which was quite fun. James also offered us a cold drink/tea or coffee.
