Just happened to go shopping on the day of a flash sale and delivery was quicker than I’d expected after looking at dreams website prior to visiting

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff with comprehensive range of product available on display. Sales assistant John provided thorough information to enable us to make our purchase without pressure.

We may have bought this on Feb 13th, but it was certainly our lucky day as our dreams are now sweet and our sleep relaxed. We bought the SwintonK mattress which is superb and we no longer have any back pain in the morning .

Service, knowledge and over all experience of the staff was great. No hard sell or pressure. So Highly satisfied is my verdict.

We visited several times and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. they also had an excellent knowledge of all their products.

Suzanne welcomed into the store. Gave a brief introduction and left us to browse. Approached us again after a short time which gave us the time to have a look and discussion. Suzanne was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite...nothing was too much trouble. There was also interaction from other members of staff without being intrusive. The offer of refreshments was a lovely touch.

John O at Falkirk store has been really friendly and helpful; trying to understand our needs and looking after us during the visit.

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He put us at ease and made our shopping experience enjoyable.

The staff were helpful without being pushy.The store was light and airy. I was impressed by the computerised bed for assessing the most suitable mattress. The selection was good .

John O was very informative without being pushy. We went in to enquire about a mattress and went back 2 days later to purchase it particularly to be served by John. We purchased a mattress, pillows and protectors and were very satisfied with the service. We are looking forward to delivery and collection of the old mattress later this week. We may go back and buy a sofa bed soon.
