James was very helpful as we were buying a single bed for my son who is 4. He understood our needs and was great at showing us the different types of mattresses which would be suitable.

John who served us was very knowledgable about the products. I really wanted a mattress that day

The first sales advisor let me daughter use the bed that recommends what mattress is best. The mattresses were out of my price range so we tried others but my daughter wasn't keen, I was going to leave until a senior member of staff found us one that was on offer and in my price range.

Unable to place order online, payment wouldnt go through. Placed order by phone, but delivery went from 10 days online to 8 weeks. Asked to place order for bed frame and mattress separately as was bed frame that was causing delay. The delivery then went back to ten days for both deliveries, crazy. Rebecca, the lady on the phone in Scotland, was very helpful and apologetic.
