On reading email after purchase discovered existing bed had to be dismantled by us 2 pensioners to try and dismantle a bed that we cant move hence the reason for buying a new one. This information was NOT told us during purchase

On entering the shop the sales assistant Christine welcomed us in and asked if we needed help, I asked that we could look around on our own which she was happy to do so, but the manager kept shadowing us and taking over when we already explained we wanted to look around on our own, which as a customer I wasn't happy with him at all, he wasn't leaving us to do what we'd asked for.. So at one point I approached Christine and told her we were going elsewhere.When we went back into the shop an hr later he once again approached us to which we told him we would be dealing with Christine, I think in future you might approach the managers of the Falkirk store and advise him on how not to shadow customers as its very off putting.. You only got the sale as Christine was so good and knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and was patient and willing to stand back till we were ready.

The assistant was being watched by the other shop reps. It was obvious she was reasonably new to the job.she did very well but I disliked the way she was watched by the three men who stood behind the desk. As a customer I felt awkward about this. They could have watched more "tactfully"

James was super - friendly, knowledgable and a real asset to your company. I was instantly put at ease by James. My only issue was the delivery time on my preferred mattress (I needed it the next day), therefore I had to choose a slightly different one. I appreciate this can’t be guaranteed logistically though.
