Having bought a bed and side units last month we took our daughter in to buy a bed We bought a bed and one side unit but went back to buy another side unit only to be told that we could have bought two side units and got one free but we were too late to get the deal as the bed has been delivered Really disappointed after spending over £2500 on two beds in the last month and will think twice about returning to dreams for other beds that we require

Item purchased was not in the sale, many others were

Not all standard of beds ie soft medium firm were available to try ie Mumsnet was only a medium no firm to try

I will be waiting over a month for the mattress.

Suzanne was very helpful. Would have been great if the matress I wanted was available in store or delivered sooner, but overall the staff member was excellent.

With the amount of money spent. I would have thought the pillows that were used for the experience and testing of mattress,s would have been included in the cost.

Myself and my family must have been in for 10 minutes i knew what i liked the very first one but had me trying out another 3 i am an invalid found it hard to try out beds but give the man his due he helped me The salesman could not have been more helpful but he could have smiled. My son in law recommended me to you

Store advertising online as stocking the childrens range of mattress however had none in store.

I was very satisfied,James was very helpful explained different bases on beds and showed me a few different colours,and offered me a drink of water if I needed one.very pleasant gentleman,so no complaints at all,and getting delivered very quick.looking forward to my new bed,and reasonable price to,couldn’t ask for better
