Knowledgeable helpful staff , Johna and Melissa. They were able to replace broken plastic tube on Mr bird feeder (eliminator) for which I am very grateful. When I told him some of my attachments for my poles were sliding down, they gave me new tips to put on them. Will continue to be a faithful customer.
