I had a metal handle that was bent from a recent storm for my tube feeder. I brought it in and they took care of fixing it for me. Absolutely love these folks

This location does a wonderful job of providing discounts, incentives for coming into the store, and knowledge of the products and wildlife. They are always friendly and willing to help! Even when I'm stuck in traffic and in a time pinch I am able ot call them and they have everything ready for me when I walk in the door. This store is great and their displays showing the different arrangements of the pole system are inspiring! Thank you guys!

The store was well stocked, the owner and employee were very knowledgeable of the birds in Saint Augustine which we recently moved to. They were able to make recommendations on types of feeders and foods to attract the birds.
