Friendly and helpful staff

Attended a presentation about bluebirds by Dr. Peterson. It was very informative and answered questions we had about attracting and feeding bluebirds. While there Wildbirds honored their warranty on our old squirl proof feeder, which had deteriorated. they gave us a replacement part, on the spot!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she took the time to show me several things that I was interested in purchasing.

The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I learned so much in the short time I was in the store. I feel like I made new birding friends! I won't shop anywhere else for my bird needs!
