Everyone was very nice and explained what would be going on about the message. My message therapist explained what she was going to concentrate on. (Back shoulders neck). I told her this was my first deep tissue massage, and she told me since this is your first one I will go medium pressure on you . Maggie was great! Going to see her again in January ! I do notice a lot of times I call I’m left on hold for a long time I also have been there twice when a front desk person is apparently ill sneezing and coughing She should be sent home
