I do notice a lot of times I call I’m left on hold for a long time I also have been there twice when a front desk person is apparently ill sneezing and coughing She should be sent home

I especially like the way my therapist gives the massage. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have areas that are troublesome and she helps to relieve the discomfort. I can't say enough about her. The reception area is very clean and inviting and the girls always smiling which makes the spa very inviting. I would recommend to everyone.

The front desk staff are always friendly and the estheticians/massage therapists always leave me feeling relaxed.
