The therapist was VERY good and understanding of my needs. Earlier in the week, I got charged a $60 late cancellation fee, because I had missed an appointment after getting my Covid booster and feeling sick. I was unhappy about this and explained what happened to the manager, and she refunded the fee fairly painlessly.

My esthetician was really nice and I would return back to this location. She listened to me when I was talking and had conversation with me. I was having a very bad day and I went to pamper myself and I felt a lot better after my facial more relaxed.

I was highly satisfied with the massage that I received from Mr. Kwamme. As I shared with him my areas of concern, he took the time to explain to me what he would do to focus on those areas. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and showed a great level of profession when performing the massage. He made my visit very relaxing and enjoyable.
