I had a great experience starting from check-in. The lady at check-in was friendly and my esthetician was on time. The place was clean and pretty, the spa room ambiance was nice, there was also music. My esthetician Aleyah asked me specifically about my skin goals and made recommendations catered to me. The other lady Taylor was so helpful in signing me up for the monthly package. She had a line of customers but made sure not to rush me and answered all the questions I had. The price for the monthly package is also ideal. I will definitely be coming back.
