I have always appreciated the extreme helpfulness and friendliness of the employees at Hand and Stone. Every time I call the person who answers is VERY nice and positive and helpful (not a normal customer service trend these days, so refreshing to always experience it here). They were super nice and helpful with my specific concerns and accommodated me with true kindness and I appreciate it. Chris is also really great - I actually kept my membership when I intended to cancel it after his massage.

My massage therapist was so helpful and friendly. She really listened to my needs and showed me stretches to do at home for my wrists to help with my pain.

My masseuse was very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a great deep tissue masseuse. I was very satisfied with the entire staff and decided to become a member.

The receptionist was friendly and pleasant. My esthetician was awesome. She listened to my skin concerns and addressed them appropriately.
