While I do try to take care of my skin with a regular beauty regime, having a facial is not something I usually do for myself. However, after how wonderful my skin felt and how relaxed I was upon completion, it’s something I would likely repeat. My esthetician was very thorough and created a serene environment, which added to the relaxation.

This was my first facial so i didn't know what to expect. I thought my technician did a great job making me feel comfortable about the process and she kept me informed while doing the facial so I knew exactly what she was doing. My face felt great when I was finished.

The music in the couples massage room was crackling. There was an obvious problem with the sound coming into that room.

I had to reschedule my original appointment, and was able to get a new day and time that fit into my schedule. I was greeted by name, which is important to me. The therapist was prepared when I arrived.
