I loved everything from the start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and as soon as she found out it was my birthday she immediately offered me some free upgrades to my services! Everyone was great! Will definitely return!

Ms. Nneka, Riverstone Location manager, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to make me aware of the different services that were available and how I could utilize them appropriately with my membership and available packages. Chris, my massage therapist, was excellent at addressing my problem spots. He gave me continuous feedback about how to improve with my day-to-day work and focused on areas that were bothering me. He also gave rationales to each method he utilized to aid in my relaxation. 10/10 A+ for the Hand and Stone Riverstone location!

As soon as we walked in, Eduardo the receptionist, was fabulous! Very welcoming and polite. Helped us with our paperwork. Answered questions. Brought us delicious coconut water. The ladies were out as soon as we were finished our paperwork. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

The receptionists were so kind and welcoming. They were very interactive and connected on personal levels with customers. The facial and massage therapists (Dara and Nette) were extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They really tailored to my needs.
