The cost of membership has gone up way higher than inflation

I came for a facial. I think all conversations are geared to upgrades and memberships. I added a guest to my online appointment and there was no response to my inquiry. I had to book a separate appointment that was later. I just wanted a time when my spouse and I could do a little self care and celebrate our anniversary.

This location is close to our home, neat and clean. This was really the first time I had a facial done and i believe Napasha did a great job. Sure to go back for a repeat

Pressure was inconsistent. Did not massage legs. Would really like to be offered a wet towel to clean off extra oil.

Upon check out, I felt pressured to become a member.

I have been a member for quite some time. I recently had to cancel an appointment because I was running a fever. The woman on the phone was rude and then charged me a fee. I know it’s policy but post pandemic sickness should be an exemption because I can’t safely come into a facial appt with a fever. I was close to cancelling my membership but only kept it because I really enjoy my facials with my esthetician Shanti

I was supposed to see a therapist Nora but that didn’t happen. I should have been told she wasn’t there but I really like the person that took her place and only want her from now on . Please don’t change and have some one else my next appointment.
