I am highly satisfied with the service provided by the massage therapist. It's the ambiance of the spa itself that could use work to set the place apart from just good to great. There are spas out there that offer you a towel and warm tea when you walk in and leave. Hand and Stone offers a drink station which is great but it doesn't set you apart from other places. Hand and Stone also nickels and dimes every kind of add on like aromatherapy. Aroma adds to the ambiance of the environment and some spas have a particular smell that people associate relaxation with. It may be nice to be able to choose the aroma and music of the service.
