Compared to other massage businesses, H&S alacarte pricing is very expensive.

You should not ask clients to keep a credit card on file, this is a bad policy. This prevented me from booking online and I nearly gave away my gift card; credit to the staff for taking my gift card # instead.

Would have liked information on add-in pricing before recommendation made to add sea salt to massage, which I turned down. If explained more thoroughly including cost, I might have agreed.

My favorite massage therapist left. And I have been trying different therapists with no luck.

While the back office area behind the check-in counter appeared to be a bit disorganized, I understand that maintaining such spaces can be challenging. I thought it would be helpful to bring it to your attention for potential improvement. Additionally, I encountered a slight inconvenience in the process of allowing my son to enjoy his facial independently. Nevertheless, this led me to purchase a facial for myself during the same time. I must commend the exceptional service provided by my esthetician. Her expertise and professionalism were truly commendable, and I am pleased with the overall experience. Despite the minor inconveniences mentioned earlier, I look forward to returning for future services. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and I appreciate your commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.

I rated the experience satisfactory since I did not experience anything besides the massage itself that I felt was extraordinary.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage that transcended the ordinary, leaving me in a state of unparalleled relaxation. From the moment I entered the tranquil environment. The massage therapist exhibited a profound understanding of the art of relaxation, creating an ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The soft, soothing music contributed to the overall calming atmosphere, setting the stage for a truly rejuvenating experience. The therapist's skilled hands seemed to intuitively locate and dissolve tension. The pressure applied was perfectly tailored to my preferences, creating a harmonious balance between relieving muscle knots in my forearm and inducing a deep sense of calm. The massage flowed seamlessly, with a rhythmic precision that allowed me to fully relax. What impressed me most was the therapist's attentiveness to my needs and concerns. Prior to the session, there was a thoughtful consultation where preferences and any areas of focus were discussed. This personalized approach made the massage feel tailor-made, addressing my specific tension points and ensuring a truly individualized experience. In conclusion, if you are in search of a massage that goes beyond the ordinary and delivers a truly relaxing experience. Their experts create an oasis of relaxation that is sure to leave you rejuvenated and refreshed.

The massage was supposed to be 50 minutes; it only lasted 45 minutes.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided by the massage therapist. It's the ambiance of the spa itself that could use work to set the place apart from just good to great. The moment you walk in you are met with product set up like you are in a store vs. a high grade spa of relaxation. There are spas out there that offer you a towel and warm tea when you walk in and leave. Hand and Stone offers a drink station which is great but it doesn't set you apart from other places. Hand and Stone also nickels and dimes every kind of add on like aromatherapy. Aroma adds to the ambiance of the environment and some spas have a particular smell that people associate relaxation with. It may be nice to be able to choose the aroma and music of the service.
