Only one person at desk to check in for over 5 customers and facial room did not have hooks for clothing

Highly Satisfied is a Big Hurdle. My experience was GREAT !!!

The last 3-4 times, the room Was far too cold and there’s been no music. When I brought it up to the therapist she said she couldn’t do anything about it.

I think the massages are a little too short. 80 minutes are not allowed on weekends

The price has recently gone up on my membership, but I don't feel I'm getting any extra value for that. I would like to know more about how many points I have, when I'm earning them, and when I can redeem them for discounts.

I went to the wrong address because there are two places in Sugarland. Just realized there's one closer to me and may move my membership there. I like going with my daughter and finding two times simultaneously has been difficult.

I would have liked more ambiance in the massage room - the music was very faint or not playing at all and it would have helped me relax more. I would also appreciate complimentary aroma therapy.

Therapist did not offer to dim lighting during session. No music played to help relax

Could not make prior appointment due to traffic, was charged 1/2 the price anyways.

Receptionists were curt and not warm. Went ahead to charge me extra for a service that was supposed to be free without my consent.
