The massage therapist said she did not have order for birthday add on for therapeutic scalp massage. I was disappointed that she did not have the time apparently to complete it. Receptionist said she may have not scrolled down far enough to see request.

After the deep tissue massage, I experienced a horrendous headache that lasted over 12 hours and nausea. Not what I was expecting at all.

Everything was fine. I wasn’t aware that my face would be sore the next day. I’m sure this comes with the territory. It’s all go though. The results are worth the temporary discomfort.

Well, I'd originally wanted a massage appointment, but ended up booking a facial. Which was fine and the esthetician did a fantastic job, but I generally dislike how facials go. It's a lot of upselling with encouraging you to buy this product and that product, and I just want to relax and have my facial. I'd prefer to get a list or something at the end with recommended products and just let me decide if I want them. I will be returning to this H&S location, but next time I'm trying out the massage. Thanks!

Great service! I am satisfied but not highly satisfied because I have a favorite massage therapist at another business, she does hard pressure like I like and does the full 60 minutes. The one at Hand and Stone was great! But the pressure wasn't as hard (my fault, I should have asked), but it was only about 50-55 minutes. Other than that. It was a great experience. I will come back again.

Was expecting more massage on face with the moisturizer.. There was hardly any face massage.. For an hour appointment, i would say face massage was not even for 10 minutes. She applied lot of products and wiped it off. I was expecting good amount of facial massage which i missed..

I don't like having to do the in take forms every time I go in. I had a massage, a facial and another massage in 3 weeks and the intake form was required each time. My answers arent changing and sinve I'm male I'm never going to be pregnant.

I have tried all the massage therapists who are able to do deep tissue massage at the location in Riverstone (in Sugar Land, TX). Out of 6 therapists, there are only 2 therapists that I would go to on a regular basis and I would rate them 8 out of 10. The others had very strange techniques...one time was enough. And I have been to several different spas in places where I have lived like Houston, Bay Area in Northern California, Las Vegas, and Republic of Singapore and vacationed (e.g., hotels, cruises).

After making it to my appointment on time, the receptionist later notified me my service person was running a little behind but I would get my full time. The client before me was running late for their service and pushed my time back.
