Did not offer products used. Pushy pushy about tipping front front desk staff. Inappropriate because I scheduled 3 facials two for my children 21 and 14 whom weee not involved in financial. I told her I would give a tip once we were all finished and she asked my children several times if they wanted to leave a tip. What!!! Seriously they aren’t authorized to do that on my credit card! Why ask them

Perhaps due to time restraints, massage therapist forgot to work on one leg/foot near the end and focused too much on pressure point massage on head. Otherwise all else went well.

I'm dissatisfied with the number of massage therapists at the location near me who can do deep tissue massage. I tried 3 therapists and I was happy with only 1 therapist. The remaining 2 are not qualified. Also I'm disappointed with the extra cost of $10 for deep tissue massage. Hand & Stone never implemented this before. I'm considering cancelling my membership and joining a different place.

The motor in the fountain / waterfall in the lobby was vibrating on the housing so it was an annoying sound. My appointment was for 5 and I didn’t go back till 5:05. The room was a bit sterile. My introductory 1 hour massage was about 40 minutes. I was immediately up sold as I entered the massage room.

I guess it's a new location, maybe. Not everything was available at this long. The dermal infusion machine hasn't been introduced to this local yet.

I had an issue with the front desk a lady named Tyler could not book my appointment she put me on hold for 10 minutes then after that she told me that my therapist was fully book after my 10 min hold it was very frustrating.

They constantly remind me about my monthly payment being due but when overcharged they don’t have the same speediness when it comes to your refund.

It was my first visit. I was not dissatisfied. I had a great experience would like to try once more before I grade it any higher.

COST FOR DOING AN UPPER LIP WAX WAS 20 DOLLARS. i FIND THIS VERY HIGH.
