The massage was relaxing. However, I am not comfortable with the new bed covers and no covering for the foam leg prop. It was more comfortable with it under the sheet so my legs didn't stick to it.

I wasn’t happy with the male massage therapist, but I’m happy with Teresa.

Longer massage

An hour before the appointment for my couples massage was informed there were no couple rooms were available at the time but the location made the proper arrangements made once we arrived. there were no available female therapists available for my appt which should have been accommodated

I was highly satisfied. I thought the masseuse was very knowledgeable and friendly and the receptions were friendly and quick. I enjoyed my time and will come back soon.

Cost of treatment and the fact that adding extra treatments did not result in increase of time spent to enhance the experience.

My massage therapist was good but he kept coughing and burping. It made the atmosphere a little awkward. The facial was better than the massage. He was nice but I would not ask for him again.

I always things can always be better. I like to be given a brief overview on my massage. Were there any areas on concern or areas that need more attention.

I'm still in search of a top-notch massage therapist. My massage was good/average; it met expectations since I was able to book the appointment at the last minute, which I know will typically not afford me the most sought-after therapists. The receptionist is probably the main reason why I chose to sign up for a membership and try out other therapists; she was very sweet and knowledgeable.
