The only problem I had was the room temperature was a somewhat cold. I did not bring this to the attention of the staff because I felt it was due to the Covid-19 virus. other than that, the services were great.

Treatment room floors were not clean. Dusty and massage therapist stools legs very dusty They need a good vacuming. Floors need a good cleaning. Smelled a little musty. But, your staff is friendly.

Not sure how but the online system booked me for a facial on accident. Straightened out by phone. Lots of focus on selling additional being thrown at you when you arrive and leave. You are there to relax and aggressive sales decisions being thrown at you, take away from the experience.

I changed my appointment 2 days prior to my appointment but it was not documented correctly; therefore I had no appointment when I arrived. I had to wait for my original therapist to arrive but I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes.

1. There was an unhappy customer in reception. They should have moved her to a more private place.

Overall I was pleased with my visit. The reception, the massage, and the exit was great. Employees were amazingly nice and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service. My massage was GREAT! My only issue is that my masseuse didn't wear a mask while giving the massage. I had mine off, and I was okay with that when I was face down. But once face up, neither one of us were wearing masks and I was a bit shocked that it wasn't mandatory for employees. I don't want to get anyone into trouble, but I'll only return if mask use is mandatory in the massage room. It doesn't make sense for people in the reception area to wear masks, along with plexiglass at the desk only to have the same people breathe in each other's air in the massage room.

I was not satisfied with my massage. She seemed fairly new and I was not impressed. She seemed like she cut my massage short as well. My facial ran behind, so why would a massage be cut short?
